The disc also usually has one centre air hole and can also have additional smaller holes around the centre (discs vary).
This set will enable you to cook using the incredibly versatile
Dutch oven, which can be used on just about any heat source.
Use the fire disc alone with the tripod when you simply want to
keep warm outdoors.
