If any product you buy from us is found to be damaged or faulty on arrival, or within a reasonable time after fitting or using it, we will replace it free of charge when returned and also refund any extra carriage costs incurred. It is your responsibility to return the item for our assessment. If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, you have thirty working days from the date of receipt in which to do so. In both cases we will refund your return carriage charges once we have received the item.
